Why We No Longer Do The Bookings for you?

For several years I was arranging the hotel reservations in blocks of 20 to 50 rooms per hotel in areas such as Lewisville, Denton, Bryan-College Station, San Antonio, Austin, Waco, Houston, Georgetown, Dallas etc. At that time I had built a relationship with some of the largest Tournament Organizers such as Jeff Judkins - All American Sports, Nils Dekau - Texas Team Rats, Daryl Richardson - Sorohawks and Mike Kunstadt - Great American Shootout. It was up to me to acquire the hotel blocks and arrange the liaison between the teams and the hotels. It became increasingly more difficult to meet the expectations of the teams and the hotels. The teams did not know sometimes until the last minute if they were accepted to a tournament. The hotels had a 2 week minimum cut off date that they would hold the rooms.

I had to make a decision. Rather than scrap the texas-tournaments-team-travel website which I had built to list all the various tournaments that were taking place in Texas I found my solution and the team's by providing another source for booking hotel rooms that offered the same or better hotel sport group rates as I was able to get.
