We are a unique business which arose
from identifying an acute need for a service that would provide an overview
of Sport Tournaments in Texas (basketball to start with) and an easy and efficient
way of arranging accommodation needs for teams traveling to these
tournaments.
How We Do It
We also identified that this service would have to be free, as these
traveling teams and groups are mostly self funded and responsible for their
own costs, we have therefore developed relationships with a large number of
selected hotels and travel providers that enables us to guarantee to our
clients the lowest available rates for their accommodation and in turn
provide the hotels with large blocks of rooms from one source, instead of a
trickle of single room bookings from multiple customers.

We also deal with all client inquiries, amendments and rooming lists on
behalf of the hotels, which serves to reduce the workload for hotel
employees. It is not unusual for us to have a requirement for several
hundred rooms for a specific sport tournament at which time we are able to secure
preferential lower rates for the participating teams. During High Demand
Periods: weekends, long weekends and during summer months, when rooms are in
short supply in some cities, because we can book blocks of rooms in advance,
our advantage leads to your gain!
We also have the resources to negotiate competitive rates for all transport
needs.
